I have decided to change the way I write on this blog. At my assessment before Christmas I was told I needed to be more reflective, and that I should focus more on quality over quantity. I think I was getting wrapped up in trying to write loads, when in fact it was making it harder to read and extract the important parts from.

Moving forward I will try and write in a more structured, concise way with headings and bullet points. Hopefully this way I will be able to include more reflective, insightful material and lose some of the useless, confusing descriptive writing surrounding it.
